The task
The secondary ticket market is a trust desert: hidden fees, fakes, no refunds. The client needed a platform that honestly says “we are resale, not the organiser”, shows the final price upfront and protects the buyer. For sellers — a low barrier: a flat 1% commission.
What was built
An event catalogue with search by artist, event and city and an autumn 2026 tour feed; cards with media via own API. A “My wristbands” account with PDF/PNG digital files and e-mails. A partner section for sellers, manual review of listings before publishing, a replace-or-refund guarantee.
Three languages (EN, ES, DE) and eleven currencies — EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, PLN, SEK, DKK, NOK, CZK, HUF, CAD. Legal layer: resale policy, privacy, terms, cookie settings with separate consent for Meta Pixel. Live support chat and first-order promo mechanics.
Design
A dark stage, large typography (“Where are we getting loud this time?”), an acid accent, search as the main element of the first screen. Responsive navigation with a mobile menu.
